A few years ago, my company brought Chava as a guest to our company’s national summit meeting. I had the honour of interviewing Chava and her physician in front of the entire company, to learn about her patient journey living with eczema and how it’s affected her life and her family.
Chava is so well-spoken, calm, and personable on stage! The event was well beyond our expectations, and our company was touched by her story and her bravery being so vulnerable in front of us so that we can learn from the impact our industry has on patients.
It was a joy to work with Chava and our preparation together made it all work out so smoothly. She’s set an amazing example for what a patient advocate can achieve. It’s inspiring to learn of her journey in the patient advocate space since then, and I’m cheering for her success!
